Job summary

Grundfos GmbH is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead end-to-end warehouse operations at our Brookshire, TX site and support SAP/WMS-driven inventory accuracy. You will oversee 3PL providers, drive safety and cost performance, and partner with production schedules to meet on-time delivery goals.

The role requires 7+ years in manufacturing warehousing, 3+ years of leadership, and a track record of optimizing external logistics partners.

Qualifications

7+ years of warehouse, distribution, or supply chain experience in a manufacturing environment.
3+ years of leadership experience managing warehouse/logistics operations and personnel.
Experience managing third-party logistics (3PL) or external warehouse providers.
Proficiency with SAP warehouse transactions and warehouse management systems (WMS).

Responsibilities

Lead daily warehouse operations including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, shipping, cycle counting, and inventory control.
Oversee third-party warehouse providers by establishing KPIs, audits, and performance monitoring.
Maintain inventory accuracy through SAP and WMS, lead cycle counts and physical inventories.
Manage warehouse space utilization and material transfers between external warehouses and manufacturing facilities.
Lead and develop warehouse supervisors and associates with a focus on safety and continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, EHS, and environmental procedures.
