JPC Partners is seeking a System Support Analyst to join the IT Operations Center. The role focuses on monitoring, maintaining, and supporting the production technology environment, serving as the first response point for operational incidents and events, ensuring rapid identification, analysis, escalation, and resolution.

You will monitor enterprise systems, respond to alerts, perform initial troubleshooting, document activities, and hand off to other specialists as needed.

Responsabilités

• Continuously monitor the production technology environment.
• Identify, analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents promptly.
• Escalate incidents to appropriate teams while owning resolution.
• Execute operational procedures, recovery activities, and corrective actions.
• Coordinate with IT support groups, infrastructure teams, and external partners.
• Maintain incident documentation, logs, and turnover communications.
• Communicate system status and updates to leadership and teams.
• Conduct detailed shift turnover briefings to ensure continuity.
