Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of related work experience.
• U.S. Citizenship with ability to pass DHS background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide 24/7/365 monitoring, alerting, and incident management for enterprise operations.
• Coordinate with technical teams to restore services and document incident activity.
• Lead initial troubleshooting and triage of incidents; escalate only if necessary.
• Capture incident timelines, troubleshooting steps, and decisions; prepare after-action reports.
