Job summary

Qualifications

• Production support experience for enterprise systems.
• Hands-on troubleshooting in real-time environments.
• Experience with dashboards and system health monitoring.
• Ability to perform root cause analysis and post-incident reviews.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily production support activities including dashboard monitoring and service health verification.
• Monitor system performance and availability; identify anomalies and initiate investigations.
• Provide high-level incident triage, ownership, impact assessment and escalation as needed.
• Troubleshoot application issues using logs, SQL queries, and root cause techniques.
• Support batch processing including scheduling, failures, reruns, reconciliation, and dependencies.
• Collaborate with multiple teams to drive issue resolution and communication.
• Create and maintain runbooks, SOPs, and knowledge articles; contribute to process improvements.
• Participate in post-incident reviews to document root causes and corrective actions.
