Job summary

LiftLab is seeking an Incident Response Analyst to join the P0 team and support detection, triage, and resolution of production incidents. The role reports to the Principal Data Engineer & Critical Incident Manager and grows into broader ownership as you develop.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of relevant experience, works remotely in the USA, and will contribute to on-call coverage, postmortem efforts, and knowledge base maintenance while collaborating with senior engineers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering or related field.
• 1–3 years of technical support, operations, or related role.
• Working knowledge of SQL and Python; familiarity with monitoring/logging tools.

Responsibilities

• Monitor alerts and triage production issues by severity.
• Support investigation and resolution of P0/P1 incidents.
• Communicate incident status to internal stakeholders.
• Assist with postmortem documentation and action items.
• Maintain incident logs, runbooks, and knowledge base.
• Participate in on-call rotation for US-hours coverage.
