Job summary

Auto Club Enterprises is seeking a Network Operations Center Analyst to support a nationwide technology infrastructure. The role focuses on keeping systems highly available, performing production operations, and triaging incidents to ensure customer satisfaction.

You’ll work in a 24/7 environment and coordinate with multiple teams to maintain SLA compliance. The ideal candidate brings 3–5 years in large-scale Computer Operations, familiarity with IBM z/OS, Windows Server, VMware, and enterprise

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in large-scale Computer Operations within an enterprise environment.
• Experience with mainframes (IBM z/OS), Linux, Windows Server 2016+, and distributed systems.
• Familiarity with enterprise monitoring tools (SCOM, SolarWinds, Splunk).
• Experience with workload automation and job scheduling tools (Control-M, Tidal, CA7).
• Knowledge of incident management/ticketing systems (e.g., Remedy).
• Experience with at least two core technologies (VMware, mainframes, Windows servers, SAN, LAN/WAN).
• Experience in rotating shifts in a 24/7 NOC/Operations Center.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication skills, documenting incidents and escalation.
• Familiarity with Everbridge, Helix, PowerPoint. Certifications and a related degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform production operations, console monitoring, and batch scheduling across mainframe and distributed systems.
• Monitor system, application, and network performance using SCOM, Splunk, SolarWinds, and Statseeker.
• Handle Level 1/2 incident triage, network troubleshooting, and escalation to maintain production stability.
• Support VMware, IBM z/OS, Windows Server, .NET apps, SAN storage, and LAN/WAN infra.
• Document incidents, maintain shift logs, and coordinate with teams to ensure SLA and availability.
