Location: On-site 4 days per week- Client site Boston, MA (downtown)

Job Description:

Must Have :

• Production Support Experience to a Tier 1 Asset Management application
• Strong Captial Market/ Asset Management Domain Skills
• Strong Analytic skills
• Strong communications (both verbal & written) as this is a business facing role
• Working flexible hours / availability over weekends
• Learning attitude
• Strong hands-on on usage of AI in day over day production support work with tools like github copilot, Claude etc.
• Strong skills in understanding the tech stacks, logs tracing , github, AWS
• Business analysis skills to help develop self serve support utilities

Production support is what keeps the client's Tier 1 asset management platform running smoothly, the work is very business-facing, and we've learned that a traditional support background on its own isn't enough.
