Job Title: Production Support Sustain Services

Location: On-site 4 days per week – Boston, MA (Downtown)

Job Description

Must Have:

• Production Support experience with a Tier 1 Asset Management application
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong communication skills (both verbal and written), as this is a business-facing role
• Flexible working hours / availability over weekends
• Learning attitude
• Strong hands‑on experience using AI in day‑to‑day production support work with tools like GitHub Copilot, Claude, etc.
• Strong skills in understanding technology stacks, log tracing, GitHub, and AWS
• Business analysis skills to help develop self‑service support utilities

Production support is what keeps the client's Tier 1 asset management platform running smoothly.

Ideal Candidate Profiles:

• Experienced QA professionals who know the functional side of asset management inside out, have performed extensive functional testing, understand the system deeply, and would like to grow into support or the product side.
• Product Managers who would enjoy production support as a challenge and see it as a way to open up new opportunities.

Core Skills Required:

• Solid Capital Markets / Asset Management domain knowledge – Investment Guidelines are preferred.
• Strong SQL and analytical skills, with the ability to trace logs and work with GitHub and AWS.
• Hands‑on use of AI tools like GitHub Copilot or Claude in day‑to‑day work.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, with flexibility for some weekend coverage.
