Job summary

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years of application development / support experience with modern frameworks.
• Experience supporting business applications on Java and database technologies.
• Understanding of SSDLC and Agile with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead production stability efforts and prevent issues; drive incident management.
• Coordinate Change/Incident/Problem management and project releases.
• Direct and mentor junior staff; ensure audits and data security compliance.
• Collaborate with onshore/offshore partners to support critical client apps.
