Job summary

You will partner with management to allocate resources, guide staff, and implement procedures to minimize downtime while upholding safety standards and quality.

This role requires 3-5 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing; a BS is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plans and delegates work to optimize man-hours, skills and equipment.
• Anticipates production problems and minimizes downtime with solutions.
• Ensures plant safety and enforces safety standards and housekeeping.
• Coordinates and participates in employee training programs.
• Monitors safety, investigations and training; enforces rules.
• Involved in recruitment, training and performance management of staff.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
