You will lead projects from concept to production, ensure manufacturability, and work with ERP systems like SAP. Strong leadership, communication, and attention to detail are essential for successful execution.

Qualifications

• Experience with precision machining on castings and forgings.
• Familiarity with sheet metal fabrication and weldments.
• Experience with cast iron, steel, and aluminum alloys; metallurgy knowledge.
• Introducing new products and processes into production environments.
• Understanding of GD&T inspection methods.
• Designing for manufacturability.
• Interfacing with ERP software such as SAP.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Inventor and 2D layout experience, or AutoCAD.

• Lead a cohesive team of manufacturing engineers.
• Develop processes and requirements for new products; guide projects.
• Provide design-for-manufacturing support for safe, quality production.
• Ensure day-to-day production has capable, stable processes and tooling.
