Specialty Building Products is seeking a Production Supervisor to coordinate the activities of production staff and ensure smooth output at our Smithfield, RI location. The role includes enforcing safety policies, managing quality, and driving efficient production with minimal waste.

Qualifications

• Must have 5+ years in a manufacturing environment with 2+ years in a leadership role.
• 5+ years in a management/supervisory position with 2+ years in a manufacturing facility.

Responsabilités

• Enforce safety procedures and policies and ensure a safe work environment free of hazards.
• Ensure OSHA and other government agencies compliance.
• Ensure proper compliance and execution of HAZMAT program.
• Direct co-workers to follow safety rules and demonstrate safe working behavior.
• Drive overall quality for products built, shipped to and received by customers.
