Job summary

IDEX is seeking a Production Supervisor for the Day Shift (Mon–Thu, 6:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m.) in Brenham, TX. You will direct manufacturing operations, lead production teams, and ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery within a clean-room environment.

You will develop daily plans, authorize overtime, and drive continuous improvement. Strong leadership, data analysis, and communication skills are essential; experience in lean methodologies is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in manufacturing with leadership experience.
• Supervisory experience required; clean-room or semiconductor exposure preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Production Leads and Operators, managing staffing and performance.
• Develop daily production plans and monitor safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
• Enforce SOPs, contamination controls, and clean-room standards.
• Drive continuous improvement using Lean/Six Sigma methodologies.
• Coordinate with Planning, Quality, Engineering, and Maintenance.
