Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing, high-volume preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of people management in a manufacturing environment.
• High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities; Excel skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production on assigned lines, meeting safety and quality targets.
• Train, coach, and evaluate production staff; manage attendance and shifts.
• Coordinate with planners to issue work orders and maintain schedules.
• Drive continuous improvement and escalate issues to maintenance.
