Job summary

Amrize is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee daily production at two portable plants in Colorado, delivering Road Base and rip-rap components while maintaining safety and efficiency.

You will work with the Plant Manager and hourly staff to meet schedules, analyze operations data, and ensure proper documentation. A Bachelor’s degree or 5 years of related experience is required; SAP experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 5 years of equivalent experience is required.
• 3–5 years of experience in related production roles is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is expected; SAP experience is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Oversee, coordinate and monitor daily production activities across two plants (Road Base and rip-rap).
• Support and improve production schedules with the Plant Manager and hourly workforce.
• Investigate issues, perform adjustments, repairs or modifications as needed.
• Maintain daily plant inspections and strict safety compliance.
• Manage inventory levels in SAP and support capex project submissions for approvals.
• Document operations activities in logs and incident reports; ensure clear communication with supervisors and customers.
