Job summary

Amrize is seeking an Assistant Plant Manager to oversee production scheduling and on-site operations, reporting to the Plant Manager. You will coordinate manufacturing activities to meet client specs, manage staff, and ensure milestones and budgets are met, while promoting safety and efficiency.

This role requires a Bachelor's degree or 3-5 years of equivalent experience, with a preferred background in Mining, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering, and a commitment to safety protocols and PPE

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 3-5 years of equivalent experience.
• Field of Study preferred: Mining, Mechanical or Chemical Engineering.
• Adhere to safety protocols and proper PPE use, including respirator fit tests.

Responsibilities

• Prepare operation schedules and coordinate manufacturing activities to meet production/quality specs.
• Manage subordinate staff in day-to-day performance.
• Ensure milestones and budgets are met.
