Job summary

Amcor Limited in Indiana seeks a Production Supervisor to oversee daily operations in the Production Department, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity. This role reports to the Production Manager and drives continuous improvement while building a culture of accountability and engagement.

You will lead a 12-hour rotating schedule, manage staffing and training, and collaborate across maintenance, technicians, operators, and supervisors to deliver consistent results.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience: 3–5 years in a manufacturing leadership role.
• Safety leadership: Demonstrates a strong commitment to workplace safety and leads by example.
• Accountability: Takes ownership of responsibilities and follows through on commitments.
• Communication: Delivers clear, timely, and audience-appropriate messages, both written and verbal.
