Skills Alliance is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead safe, efficient plant operations and a team of production operators. You will coach, train, and track performance to ensure output, quality, and delivery targets are met.

You will oversee rotating shifts, enforce safety and housekeeping standards, and use SAP for production planning and reporting. This role emphasizes accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsabilités

• Lead a team of 12-18 production employees in rotating shifts to meet goals safely and efficiently.
• Conduct floor walks and safety inspections; log near misses and incidents to uphold safety standards.
• Maintain high housekeeping and champion safety initiatives on site.
• Hold team members accountable for production, quality and training outcomes.
• Plan and deliver employee training to meet production schedules and delivery dates.
• Create and update Standard Operating Procedures.
• Run competency assessments for direct reports and encourage cross-training.
• Log conditions in the ERP system (SAP) to prevent unplanned events.
• Promote digital tools for shift reporting and monitor KPIs to reduce losses.
