Perdue Farms seeks a Production Supervisor to lead hourly associates across receiving, production and shipping, driving quality, safety and productivity on the floor. You will uphold USDA and QA standards while fostering a positive, high‑performing work environment.

The role offers a salary range of $68,000–$102,000 per year, with an annual bonus and a comprehensive benefits package including medical/Rx, 401(k) and more.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED with 2–3 years in manufacturing and 1+ year in supervision.
• Bachelor’s or Associate degree candidates with 1+ year supervisory experience if no manufacturing background.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and time‑management skills.
• Familiarity with quality control and ISO/OSHA standards; lean knowledge helpful.
• Experience with SAP and Microsoft Office; willingness to work 2nd shift.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet schedules and quality standards.
• Collaborate with maintenance to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.
• Lead safety, QA, and environmental compliance programs.
• Coach and develop associates to improve skills and engagement.
• Provide management with production status and improvement opportunities.
