Job summary

Perdue Farms is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead daily production and shipping operations at our Salisbury, Maryland facility. You will develop teams, drive safety and quality, and partner with maintenance and QA to sustain high performance.

The role emphasizes lean practices, employee development, and conflict-free execution of production plans. You will oversee safety, quality compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives while mentoring operators and technicians to achieve

Qualifications

High School Diploma/GED and 3–5 years in manufacturing with 2 years in a supervisory role.
Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent problem-solving, organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily production activities to meet schedules, output goals and quality standards.
Collaborate with maintenance to monitor equipment performance and minimize downtime.
Provide regular updates to management on production status and opportunities for improvement.
Mentor and coach team members to enhance skills and drive development.
Maintain accurate production records including output and quality metrics.
