You will drive productivity, mentor associates, and collaborate with maintenance and QA to optimize performance while meeting USDA and facility requirements. The role emphasizes lean practices and a proactive safety culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with manufacturing supervisory exposure.
• Preferred Bachelor’s or Associate degree and supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership, problem solving and communication skills.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP) and MS Office.
• Willingness to work 2nd shift and lead a manufacturing team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production activities across receiving, production and shipping.
• Coordinate with maintenance to minimize downtime and optimize resources.
• Ensure safety, quality and regulatory compliance on the floor.
• Monitor output, quality metrics and associate performance.
• Communicate status and opportunities for improvement to management.
