Qualifications

• Associate’s degree required with FSQA focus.
• Minimum 5 years of processing plant FSQA experience.
• HACCP certification and Internal Auditor certification required.

Responsibilities

• Lead routine in-plant audits of facility compliance to FSQA policies.
• Ensure certification programs (BRC, Process Verified, Organic, Gluten Free, GAP) are audited.
• Generate audit reports with deficiencies and action plans with due dates.
• Update HACCP plans after re-assessments with FSQA Manager.
• Maintain accurate regulatory and certification records and ensure training.
