Qualifications

• Two to three years in a manufacturing environment with supervisory experience.
• Leadership and interpersonal skills with focus on associate development.
• Familiarity with quality control processes and ISO/OSHA standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet schedules and quality standards.
• Lead safety training and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
• Collaborate with maintenance, engineering, quality assurance and supply chain.
• Identify process improvements to boost productivity and reduce costs.
