Perdue Farms is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead daily production and shipping operations at our Salisbury, Maryland facility. You will develop teams, drive safety and quality, and partner with maintenance and QA to sustain high performance.

As a Shipping Supervisor, you’ll oversee daily shipping and production operations, ensuring smooth workflows, high quality output, and strong compliance with safety and regulatory standards. You’ll be a hands‑on leader who develops talent, supports associate growth, and promotes a culture of safety and continuous improvement. This role is perfect for a driven leader who enjoys building strong teams, improving processes, and delivering results while upholding the highest quality standards.
The salary range for this position is $68,000 - $102,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications with annual bonus available (variable depending on performance).
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
