Job summary

LightForce is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee daily factory operations, lead a team of 20–50, and ensure safety, quality, on-time delivery, and productivity targets. You will champion Lean principles and collaborate with Engineering, Maintenance, and Software teams to reduce downtime and drive continuous improvement.

The role requires supervising shifts, coordinating staffing, and maintaining high performance with strong communication and coaching.

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Minimum 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business management, operations, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production activities on assigned shifts to meet output targets.
• Ensure adherence to schedules and adjust staffing to optimize productivity.
• Maintain safe, compliant operations and quality standards.
• Lead handovers and cross-functional collaboration with engineering and maintenance.
• Drive continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, and 5S.
• Prepare reports on production output, inventory, and KPIs.
