Job summary

LightForce Orthodontics Braces is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee daily factory operations, ensuring safety, quality, delivery, and productivity targets are met. You will lead 20–50 staff across shifts, driving Lean, Six Sigma and 5S initiatives while coordinating with Engineering, Maintenance and Software teams to minimize downtime.

The role emphasizes effective communication, coaching, and accountability to sustain high performance and morale on the production floor.

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing environment with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Ability to lead, motivate and develop diverse teams across multiple shifts.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making and proactive issue resolution.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production activities to meet output, quality and delivery targets.
• Coordinate staffing and resources to optimize productivity and ensure schedule adherence.
• Maintain clear shift handovers and accurate documentation for smooth transitions.
• Drive continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma and 5S principles.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Maintenance and Software teams to troubleshoot issues and minimize downtime.
• Prepare reports on production output, inventory, staffing, quality metrics, and KPIs.
