LightForce is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead our manufacturing operations in Wilmington, MA. You will oversee daily production, drive safety, quality, delivery, and productivity targets, and coordinate with Engineering, Maintenance, and Software teams to resolve issues and sustain high performance.

The role requires hands-on leadership with experience in Lean, Six Sigma, and 5S, ensuring SOPs are followed, staffing is optimized, and KPIs are reported in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in a manufacturing environment with supervisory responsibility.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business management, operations, or related field preferred.
• Knowledge of production processes, equipment, and quality control principles.

Aufgaben

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities on assigned shifts to meet output, quality, and delivery targets.
• Adjust staffing levels and resources to optimize productivity while maintaining safety.
• Ensure effective shift handovers with clear communication and documentation.
• Balance quality, productivity, safety and morale across the production floor.
• Maintain safety protocols and regulatory compliance while driving continuous improvement.
• Develop and enforce standard operating methods to reduce waste and improve product quality.
