Job summary

LightForce Orthodontics seeks a Production Supervisor to oversee daily factory operations, ensuring safety, quality, delivery, and productivity targets are met. You will lead a team of 20–50, drive operational excellence with Lean/Six Sigma, and coordinate cross-functional collaboration to sustain high performance on the production floor.

This role partners with Engineering, Maintenance, and Software teams to troubleshoot issues, improve processes, and minimize downtime while ensuring compliance

Qualifications

• Experience supervising 20–50 people in a manufacturing setting.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business management, operations or related field preferred.
• Familiar with Lean, Six Sigma or 5S methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production activities to meet output, quality, and delivery targets.
• Ensure schedules are followed and adjust staffing to optimize productivity.
• Coordinate smooth shift handovers with clear documentation.
• Balance quality, safety, productivity, and morale across the floor.
• Enforce safety, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
