Qualifications

• Implements operational strategies to assure safety, productivity, quality, customer service, and profitability.
• Accountable for KPIs including machine and labor efficiencies with guidance to production associates.
• Supports capacity planning to meet on-time delivery demands.
• Collaborates with cross-functional leaders to drive continuous improvement.
• Provides staffing, training and performance guidance to the production team.
• Interacts with stakeholders to resolve order problems or complaints.
• Maintains knowledge of manufacturing operations and industry trends.
