Job summary

Menasha Corporation seeks a Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing operations in our Neenah, WI area facility. You will manage safety, quality, staffing, and scheduling to meet production targets and cost objectives.

The role emphasizes continuous improvement, cross-functional coordination, and timely product availability. A Bachelor’s degree is required; Master’s is a plus, with 5–10 years in plastics or fabrication preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5–10 years of relevant work experience.
• 5 years of experience in plastics or fabrication environment.
• 2 years of LEAN or CI involvement desirable.
• Experience in union settings helpful where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operations of manufacturing, including EH&S, cost-effective production, staffing levels and optimization of processes.
• Provide leadership to frontline leaders to meet output and cost objectives.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to increase effectiveness and efficiency of operations.
• Coordinate with departments to ensure products are produced and available for shipment on time.
• Ensure adequate resources of materials, tools, and labor.
• Facilitate and execute continuous improvement activities.
• Other duties as assigned.
