Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant corrugate industry experience; at least 3 in a supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Implements operational strategies to assure safety, productivity, quality, and profitability.
• Manages site KPIs including machine and labor efficiencies and guides department leaders to meet scorecard targets.
• Coordinates capacity planning and collaborates with other sites on scheduling to meet on-time delivery.
• Leads capital expenditure discussions and oversees project payback expectations.
• Drives continuous improvement initiatives with cross-functional leaders to achieve operational excellence.
• Oversees staffing, training, and performance management for salaried and hourly production teams.
