• Implements operational strategies to assure safety, productivity, quality, customer service, sales, human capital, cost and profitability.
• Accountable for area KPI targets including machine and labor efficiencies; guides production associates.
• Supports capacity planning to meet on-time delivery demands.
• Collaborates with cross-functional leaders to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provides staffing guidance, training, employee relations and performance management for production teams.
• Interacts with stakeholders to resolve order problems or complaints.
• Maintains industry knowledge by networking and reviewing publications.
