Job summary

Menasha Corporation in Neenah, WI is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead manufacturing teams across 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts. You will drive safety, quality, and productivity while guiding production staff to meet daily scorecards and delivery commitments.

You will partner with cross-functional leaders to implement continuous improvement initiatives and ensure optimal staffing, training, and performance management.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required, Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience required.
• Knowledge of manufacturing policies and procedures guiding operations and safety.
• Familiarity with production and warehouse operations.
• Ability to guide staff, coach performance and develop teams.

Responsibilities

• Implements operational strategies to assure safety, productivity, quality, customer service, and profitability.
• Accountable for area KPIs including machine and labor efficiencies; guide production staff to meet scorecard objectives.
• Support capacity planning to meet on-time delivery demands.
• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide guidance on staffing, training, employee relations and performance management.
• Interact with stakeholders to resolve order problems or complaints.
• Maintain knowledge by networking and reviewing industry publications.
