Responsibilities

• Implements operational strategies to assure company objectives in safety, productivity, quality, customer service, sales, human capital, cost and profitability.
• Accountable for site KPIs including machine and labor efficiencies and guiding department leaders to meet scorecard objectives.
• Supports site capacity management and collaborates with other sites on scheduling to meet on-time delivery demands.
• Supports equipment feasibility studies and makes recommendations for investment; manages capital expenditure and payback expectations.
• Collaborates with cross-functional leaders to set continuous improvement initiatives for operational excellence.
• Executes the annual financial plan and monitors performance via forecasts and reports.
• Provides staffing, training, and performance management guidance for production teams with direct reports.
• Interacts with stakeholders to provide technical support and resolve order problems or complaints.
• Maintains knowledge by networking, attending industry events, and reviewing professional publications.
