Job summary

Menasha Corporation is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee the daily activities of production employees across manufacturing functions. This role focuses on safety, quality, productivity, and on-time delivery in a fast-paced, facility setting.

The ideal candidate has at least a high school diploma (Bachelor’s preferred) and a minimum of two years’ relevant experience, with strong leadership, problem-solving, and collaboration skills to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant manufacturing experience.
• Knowledge of manufacturing policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Implement operational strategies to meet safety, productivity, and quality goals.
• Manage area KPIs including machine and labor efficiencies and guide production staff.
• Support capacity planning to meet on-time delivery for internal and external customers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement.
• Provide staffing, training, and performance management guidance to production team.
• Interact with stakeholders to resolve order problems or complaints.
• Maintain industry knowledge through networking and professional publications.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
