The ideal candidate will have a High School diploma (Bachelor's preferred) and at least 2 years of relevant production experience, with strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and continuous improvement practices.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of and ability to apply policies and procedures guiding manufacturing processes.
• Understanding of safety regulations and environment protection in a plant setting.
• Familiar with manufacturing technology and continuous improvement methods.
• Experience guiding salaried and hourly production teams.

Responsibilities

• Implements operational strategies in assigned area to meet safety, productivity, quality, and profitability goals.
• Accountable for area KPIs including machine and labor efficiencies and guide production staff to meet scorecard targets.
• Supports capacity planning to meet on-time delivery for internal and external customers.
• Collaborates with cross-functional leaders to support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provides guidance on staffing, training, and performance management for the production team.
• Interacts with stakeholders to resolve order problems or complaints.
• Maintains knowledge by networking and reviewing industry publications.
