Job summary

Menasha Corporation in Lakeville, MN is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee manufacturing operations on site. You will lead production personnel, ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery, and work closely with cross-functional teams to meet company objectives.

The role requires a High School diploma and at least 5 years of relevant experience; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred. You will guide staffing, training, and performance while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Knowledge of safety and regulatory requirements in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Implements operational strategies to meet safety, productivity, quality, customer service, sales, human capital, cost and profitability goals.
• Accountable for area’s KPIs including machine and labor efficiencies and guide production team to meet scorecard objectives.
• Supports capacity planning to meet internal and external customer on-time-delivery demands.
• Collaborates with cross-functional leaders to drive continuous improvement initiatives for operational excellence.
• Provides staffing, training, and performance management guidance to develop and enhance the salaried and hourly production team.
• Interacts with stakeholders to resolve order problems or complaints.
• Maintains industry, professional and technical knowledge by networking and reviewing professional publications.
