Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 2+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination.
• Experience acting as a lead by providing training or mentoring to staff or managing a process or project.
• Strong communication skills while leading problem-solving efforts for complex process issues.

Responsibilities

• Safety and compliance on the production floor; lead safety audits and ensure HACCP/USDA regulations.
• Maintain product quality by enforcing Food Safety plans and training on SOPs (including lock-out/tag-out).
• Track yields, efficiencies, and variances; collaborate with Ops Managers to improve workflows and reduce downtime.
• Lead hourly production employees; conduct monthly line meetings and walk the floor daily.
• Analyze product performance metrics and suggest changes to improve efficiency and quality.
