Responsibilities

• Safety and compliance: daily inspections, safety audits, HACCP/USDA adherence.
• Product quality and training: enforce food safety plans, SOPs, LO/TO procedures.
• Operational efficiency: analyze yields, efficiencies and variances; improve workflows.
• Team leadership and communication: guide hourly employees; lead monthly line meetings.
• Continuous improvement: analyze performance metrics and suggest efficiency gains.
