Responsibilities

• Assist Production Manager in monitoring changes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Conduct trainings with Team Leads for new hires and ongoing development.
• Support adherence to production policies, procedures, standards, safety and housekeeping.
• Supervise Area Team Leads to ensure tasks are executed as directed.
• Provide feedback and recommendations to managers and participate in monthly safety trainings.
