Job summary

Alsco Inc in San Francisco, CA, is seeking a Production Supervisor to assist the Production Manager in organizing and supervising work within the Production Department. You will report to the Assistant Production Manager and Production Manager and support daily operations with a focus on safety and efficiency.

You will help monitor methods, conduct trainings with Team Leads, and ensure standards for production, quality, and housekeeping are met.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and ability to lead and motivate teams.
• Good verbal and written communication in English; team player.
• Ability to recognize colors, sizes and types of product; perform basic arithmetic.

Responsibilities

• Assist in monitoring changes in methods/equipment to improve efficiency.
• Participate in training programs with Team Leads.
• Assist in enforcing production standards, safety, and housekeeping.
• Coordinate monthly safety trainings with Area Team Leads.
• Supervise Area Team Leads to ensure tasks are executed as directed.
• Provide feedback to Production Manager for continuous improvement.
