Qualifications

• Minimum of two years in business management in a production environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and supervise production staff and departments.
• Monitor changes to improve labor utilization, efficiency and expenses.
• Ensure new hire training and ongoing departmental training.
• Coordinate with engineering, sales and service for smooth plant operation.
• Ensure production policies, procedures and safety standards are followed.
