Job summary

The role involves improving labor utilization, leading staff, overseeing training, and coordinating with engineering, sales, and service to ensure smooth plant operation.

The position requires at least two years of production-management experience, strong organizational skills, and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• Two years of business management experience in a production environment.
• Good organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitors and ensures implementation of changes to improve labor utilization, production efficiency and costs.
• Leads, trains, and supervises the Production staff and departments.
• Oversees training for new hires and conducts ongoing training.
• Consults with engineering, sales and service management to ensure smooth operation.
• Executes company production policies, procedures and standards.
• Sets and monitors production, quality, housekeeping and safety standards.
• Creates and adheres to department budgets, hiring, discipline and employee relations.
