Job summary

Alsco Uniforms is seeking a Production Manager to organize and supervise work in the Production Department, reporting to the General Manager or Operations Manager. The role emphasizes improving labor utilization, production efficiency, and controlling department expenses.

The incumbent will lead, train, and supervise production staff, oversee new hire training, and coordinate with engineering, sales and service management to ensure smooth plant operation while upholding production policies,

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of business management experience in a production environment.
• Strong supervisory and management skills.
• Good organizational skills.
• Ability to lead, motivate and develop staff.
• Clear verbal and written communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Monitor changes to improve labor utilization and production efficiency.
• Lead, train, and supervise production staff.
• Oversee new hire training and ongoing staff development.

• Ensure compliance with production policies, standards, and safety.
