Job summary

Janicki Industries in Hamilton, WA is seeking a Production Lead to manage one or more manufacturing teams across composites, infusion, assembly, welding, and related processes on an on-site swing shift. You will ensure quality and safety, train technicians, and coordinate daily tasks while supporting supervisors and engineers.

A two-year technical certificate or higher is preferred, with at least one year of manufacturing experience.

Qualifications

• US Citizenship or Legal Permanent Resident status required.
• Ability to obtain U.S. Secret Security Clearance; government access programs may apply.
• Two-year technical certificate or bachelor’s degree may substitute for experience; HS diploma/GED required.
• Minimum one year of manufacturing experience.
• Experience in composite or fiberglass fabrication and repair preferred.
• Crane and forklift experience preferred.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow work orders, procedures, blueprints, drawings and other documents.
• Proficient verbal and written English communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams in manufacturing processes (composites, infusion, assembly, welding, mills).
• Ensure quality and safety; train technicians I & II.
• Manage daily workload; troubleshoot with supervisors and engineers.
• Provide on-the-job training and develop team skills.
• Enforce 5S, AS9100, Nadcap standards; maintain clean, safe work areas.
