Qualifications

• Requires reading and interpreting work orders, blueprints and drawings.
• Ability to train and supervise technicians and ensure safety & quality.
• Must be able to obtain a U.S. Secret Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead one or more manufacturing teams across processes (composites, infusion, assembly, welding, milling, metrology).
• Ensure quality and productivity; manage daily workload and scheduling.
• Provide on-the-job training and develop technical skills within the crew.
