Janicki Industries is an innovative, family-owned aerospace company located at the foot of the Cascades. We focus on engineering and manufacturing complex projects for aerospace, defense, and space industries.

We are looking for a Production Lead to join our growing team. This position is located on-site in Sedro Woolley, Washington State, and involves leading manufacturing teams in processes like composite fabrication, infusion, assembly, and more.

Qualifications

• Requires ability to obtain US Secret Security Clearance (Citizenship or Dual Status).
• High school diploma or GED; 2-year cert or bachelor’s degree may substitute for experience.
• One-year manufacturing experience required; exposure to composite/fiberglass fabrication preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead one or more teams in manufacturing processes (composite, infusion, assembly, welding, mill, metrology, ovens, or Waterjet).
• Ensure quality and productivity; train and supervise technicians I & II.
• Review work orders, blueprints and procedures; ensure safety and policy compliance.
