• Lead and direct the Production team on the 2nd shift.
• Hire, train and direct entry-level production staff.
• Meet daily productivity and quality targets.
• Maintain inventory control and plant safety.
• Train partners on company safety policies and OSHA compliance.
• Hands-on management of daily production flow and bottom line results.
