Cintas Corporation seeks a Production Supervisor to lead and direct our Production team on the 2nd Shift. You will hire, train and direct entry level production staff, and ensure daily productivity and quality targets while maintaining inventory control and site safety.

This is a hands-on management role with accountability for daily production flow and bottom-line results. The role emphasizes OSHA compliance and a culture of safety across the location, with a focus on meeting operational goals

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license.

• Leading and directing the Production team.
• Hiring, training and directing entry level production staff.
• Meeting daily productivity and quality requirements.
• Maintaining inventory control and safety in the plant.
