Cintas is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead our 2nd shift Production team in Jacksonville. You will hire, train and direct entry-level operators, ensuring productivity and quality targets are met on a fast-paced line.

The role emphasizes safety and OSHA compliance while maintaining inventory control and contributing to bottom-line results. This is a hands-on management position with accountability for daily production flow.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required; Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred
• Valid driver's license is required
• Experience in supervision or leadership is a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct entry-level production team members on a fast-paced shift
• Meet daily productivity and quality requirements
• Maintain inventory control and ensure accurate material handling
• Uphold workplace safety and ensure OSHA compliance
• Train partners on safety policies and drive a culture of safety
• Direct daily production flow and contribute to bottom-line results
